Grand Tribute to Mahakavi Bharathiyar

Aditya Vidyashram, Chennai, proudly celebrated his birth anniversary of the great Tamil poet, Mahakavi Subramania Bharathiyar with vibrant enthusiasm and cultural pride. The campus came alive as the little ones dressed up as Bharathiyar, wearing his iconic turban and moustache, and confidently delivered inspiring quotes and poems of the legendary poet. A large, colourful rangoli of Bharathiyar’s portrait was beautifully created on the ground, becoming a major attraction of the event. Students participated in various creative activities that reflected Bharathiyar’s ideals of patriotism, equality, and literary brilliance. The celebration aimed to nurture cultural values, creativity, and a love for Tamil literature among young learners. It was a meaningful and memorable tribute to the “Mahakavi” who continues to inspire generations through his timeless verses.
