Farm Guru Field Trip

A day with the farmers – The students from grades 1–5 embarked on an educational tour to “Farm Guru,” a tranquil organic farm nestled not far from the bustling city. The children, eager to explore nature, stepped into the shoes of farmers, experiencing the dedication and hard work involved in ploughing and sowing and delighted in watching their teachers getting involved in harvesting and threshing. They enjoyed interactive activities such as pottery, bullock cart rides, tractor rides, and games. Fresh, farm-to-table meals were served, adding to the wholesome experience. The day ended on a happy note as the children and school staff went home with goodie bags filled with organic rice and vegetables.
