International Yoga Day Celebration
Promoting Wellness Through the Power of Yoga. On 21st June 2025, our school celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. Students from Classes 6 to 8 actively participated in a guided yoga session, showcasing a variety of asanas including Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Trikonasana, Bhujangasana, and Surya Namaskar. The session also included Pranayama and a short meditation, helping students connect with their inner calm and boost concentration. The event highlighted the importance of yoga in maintaining physical health and mental well-being. The celebration was a perfect blend of discipline, focus, and energy — encouraging students to embrace yoga as a lifelong habit for a balanced and healthy life.
